Ritz Carlson

Ritz Carlson is located on the ground floor right along the service road in Kharadi. Don't let the name confuse you with those big fancy chains, we’re just a local business here doing our thing. Being on the service road means we get a lot of people who are just stopping by while they’re driving through or coming from the IT parks nearby. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. We have a front area where people come in and a space in the back for our operations. It’s not very big, but we’ve made the most of the space we have. The noise from the main road is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a few hours. We’ve been in Kharadi since before all these glass buildings went up. It used to be mostly empty fields around here, but now it’s all concrete and traffic. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The staff is small, just a few of us who have been together for a while. We don't have a website or a big sign, just the name on the front. Usually, we are busy dealing with people face-to-face. It’s a practical way to run a shop. We open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer. It’s a lot of repetition, but that’s how a small business stays alive in a place like this.
