Ritam Expotrade Private Limited

We are up on the 4th floor of the Bhosale Shinde Arcade in Shivaji Nagar. Being in Shivaji Nagar means there is always something going on outside, lots of vehicles and people moving around. Ritam Expotrade Private Limited is just one of the many offices in this building. The lift is a bit old and sometimes it’s faster just to take the stairs, though four floors is a lot when it’s hot outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of paperwork for the expotrade side of things, so there are always stacks of documents waiting to be signed or filed away. The office feels lived-in. There are some old calendars on the wall and a few plants that we try our best to keep alive. It’s not a very quiet place because you can hear the city noise from below, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend the morning answering emails and the afternoons are usually for the logistics side. Some days are longer than others, especially when there’s a delay at the port or a mix-up with the transport. We don't have any fancy lounge areas or anything, just our workspace where we sit and get through the list of things to do for the day. It’s a simple setup for a busy trade business.
