Risod Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is located right on Appsawami Road in Washim. Specifically, we are at H No 123, which is Satish Pralhad Mandale’s house. Washim is a place where everyone knows everyone, and farming is at the heart of everything we do. Our company was set up to help the local farmers get a better handle on their crops and sales. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. We just have a desk and some chairs where we sit and talk about the fields. The address is 444506. Most days, you’ll find Satish or some of the other members hanging around, discussing the rain or the price of grain. It’s a bit informal, maybe, but we get the work done. We handle the agro side of things for the people around Risod. The road outside can get busy with tractors and trucks, especially during the harvest season. We spend a lot of time making sure the paperwork for the producer group is in order, which isn't the most fun part of the job, but it’s necessary. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Maharashtra. We just want to make sure the farmers in our little corner of Washim are doing okay.
