Rishabh Packaging Automation Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in Sai Estates, near the old Sangam Press in Kothrud. We are at unit number 6. It’s a workshop where we deal with packaging machinery. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of someone welding or testing a machine in the background. We have a lot of metal parts and wires lying around the benches. The team here is mostly engineers and technicians who like to tinker with things until they work right. We aren't really the type to wear suits and sit in meetings. Most of us are in work clothes and have grease on our hands by noon. Kothrud is a busy area, but our little corner in Sai Estates is mostly focused on work. We build these machines for other businesses that need to wrap or pack their products. Sometimes the designs are tricky, and we spend a lot of time scratching our heads over diagrams. We don't have a glossy website with fancy words. We just show people what the machines can do. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We’ve had our share of late nights when a deadline is coming up. It’s just how it goes in the automation business. We keep things straightforward and try to build stuff that works. That’s what we do every day.
