Risesmart

Risesmart is based out of Hanuman Nagar in the Shivajinagar area of Pune. Specifically, we are at 31B, care of Mr. Pramod B Prabhune. It is a very local setup, right in the heart of a regular residential neighborhood. Because it is a "care of" address, it feels very personal and homey. We don't have a huge glass front or a big lobby with a receptionist. Instead, it is more of a home-office environment where we handle all our business affairs. Shivajinagar is always bustling with students and office workers, so there is a lot of energy nearby. We spend our days working through various tasks and keeping things as organized as possible. It is not a corporate headquarters with hundreds of employees. It is just us making sure the work gets finished on time. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids are playing outside in the street, and you can hear them through the window. It makes the workday feel a bit more normal and less stressful. We have a couple of desks, some computers, and a lot of notebooks for keeping track of things. We don't spend any money on expensive marketing materials or advertisements. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or their own local connections. Pune is a great city for this kind of work because everything is within reach. We have been at this Hanuman Nagar address for a long time and like the routine.
