Ridra Agro Private Limited

Ridra Agro Private Limited is situated at Flat No 49, Sector 09, in the Moshi Pcntda area. We are in Plot No 14, at a place called Olark. Being in Moshi is a bit different from being out in the deep countryside, but we are still focused on the agro business. The office is in a residential building, so it feels very much like a neighbor’s house rather than a cold office block. We have a few computers and some files scattered around the living area. Sector 09 is a developing part of the town, and there is always some construction noise in the background. We started this company to bridge the gap between the farms and the people living in the more urban areas. It is a lot of work coordinating between different suppliers and making sure everything is recorded correctly. Sometimes the elevator in the building doesn't work, and we have to carry boxes up and down the stairs, which is quite a workout. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our job well and stay honest. Most of our days are spent on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. It is a small team, and we all have to do a bit of everything to keep things running. It’s a bit cramped in the flat sometimes, but it works for us and we get the job done.
