Resourcium Mancons (India) Pvt Ltd is based in Hadapsar. Now, Hadapsar is a huge part of Pune that has seen massive changes over the last decade. It used to be a lot of open land and small factories, but now it’s a mix of everything. We are right in the heart of all that activity. It’s a place where things are always moving, whether it’s the trucks on the main road or the people heading into the big IT parks nearby. Our own office is a bit more modest. We don't have a huge glass tower or a fancy sign out front. We just have a practical workspace where we can sit down and get through our tasks. It can be a bit dusty and noisy outside sometimes, but that’s just the nature of being in a growing area like Hadapsar. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know the local shortcuts to avoid the worst of the traffic. Most of us have been with the company for a while, so we have a good rhythm going. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy meetings or long presentations. We prefer to just talk things through over a cup of tea and then get back to work. It’s a very straightforward environment. We’ve watched Hadapsar grow up around us, and we’re just glad to be a small part of the local business scene here in this part of India. We keep it simple.
