Resource Management Consulting

Resource Management Consulting is located in Khondhwa at 401/B. It’s a fourth-floor office which gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding rooftops and the busy street below. We spend most of our time sitting at our computers or talking to people who are looking for advice on how to manage their staff. The office is usually quiet except for the sound of the fans and the occasional phone ringing. Khondhwa is a busy area so there is always something going on outside our window. We have a small pantry where we make tea in the afternoons to keep ourselves going. The files are stacked up on the shelves and we try to keep them in some kind of order, though it doesn't always stay that way. People come to us when they are having trouble with their business structures or need help finding the right people for a job. We don't use any big fancy words, we just talk to them like regular people. It can be a lot of sitting and reading through documents, which gets tiring for the eyes after a while. We aren't a huge firm, just a few of us trying to keep things running smoothly for our clients in this part of Pune.
