Reliable Industrial Services

Reliable Industrial Services operates out of Nikhil Heights, which is over in the Vadgaon Bk area along Sinhagad Road in Pune. We are in Flat No 1. It’s more of a functional space than a showroom. We handle various industrial needs, which means we are often dealing with machinery, parts, or maintenance schedules for factories around the city. Being on Sinhagad Road means we have to deal with a lot of traffic, but it puts us in a good position to reach different industrial zones. The office is usually cluttered with catalogs and some spare parts that people have left behind. We aren't the type of company that wears suits and ties every day. We are more comfortable in work boots and shirts that can get a bit dirty. Most of our staff have been in the industrial sector for a long time, so we’ve seen a lot of things break and a lot of things get fixed. We don't promise miracles or anything like that. We just look at the problem and tell the customer what it’s going to take to get things running again. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we have to work odd hours if a plant has an emergency, but that’s just how this industry is. We’ve grown used to the pace over the years and don't mind the extra effort when a machine is down.
