Refrisynth Engineers

We are located at 716 Guruwar Peth, right in the Naik Wada area of Pune. It’s an old part of the city and it’s always packed with people and traffic. Our workshop at Khadak Mal is where most of the heavy lifting happens. We are engineers, but the kind who get their hands dirty with grease and metal. We work on refrigeration and cooling systems mostly. The shop is full of compressors, copper tubing, and various tools scattered on the workbenches. It gets loud when we are testing equipment. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning, which is ironic given what we fix. We just use a few old fans to keep the air moving. Most of our day is spent welding or checking for leaks in systems. It’s a lot of technical work that requires a bit of patience. We have a small team, and everyone knows their job. Sometimes we have to go out to customer sites across Pune, which means spending hours in the local traffic. When we are back at the shop, we usually have some chai and talk about the jobs we finished. It’s a practical life. We aren't interested in being the biggest engineering firm, we just want the machines we fix to keep running like they should. It’s been our way for a long time now. We just do the work as it comes and try to be honest about it.
