Redington

Redington is situated over at the Sinhgad Institute of Management in Vadgaon, Pune. It’s a bit of a different setting being near the institute, but it works well for us. We’ve been here for a while now, and the atmosphere of the campus definitely rubs off on the office. It feels a bit more energetic than a standard business park. Our space is fairly simple—just desks, computers, and a lot of cables. We deal with a lot of distribution and logistics stuff, so there are always boxes moving in and out or schedules being updated. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or expensive art. We’re more about getting the job done than looking fancy. The team here in Pune 411041 is pretty tight-knit. We know each other's habits and how everyone likes their coffee. Some days the work piles up, and we have to put in some extra hours, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s practical work, and it keeps us on our toes. The commute out to Vadgaon isn't too bad if you time it right, and we’ve grown to like the area quite a bit over the years.
