Recruitmet Firm

The Recruitmet Firm is over in the Mundhwa area of Pune. Specifically, we are at B2-203 in Ganga Orchard. It is near the Koregaon Park Annex, which is a nice part of town. Sheetal Singh is the one who mostly runs things here. It is a residential-style complex, so the office feels quite homey and not too cold or professional. We handle a lot of hiring work for different places. Most of our day is spent chatting with candidates or emailing companies. It is a lot of back and forth. Ganga Orchard is a decent place to work because it is relatively quiet compared to the main Mundhwa Road. We have been here for a bit now and have got a good routine going. We start in the morning, handle the most urgent stuff first, and then work through the rest. It is not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small, dedicated group. We do not use any complicated systems, just basic tracking and a lot of memory. Sometimes we have people come over for interviews, and they usually comment on how nice the complex is. We do not have any big mission statements or posters on the walls. We just focus on getting people into the right spots. It is a simple business run by real people who just want to do a decent job every day. That is the way we like it.
