Recruitment Solution, Pune

Started out in a small flat in Morwadi Pimpri. It's on the fourth floor of Sai Namdev Park, B-Ii Flat No 13 specifically. The lift works most of the time, but sometimes we just take the stairs. Pune is busy and there's always someone looking for a job or a company looking for a new hand. We just sit here with a couple of phones and laptops trying to make those ends meet. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular place where we drink a lot of tea and look through piles of resumes. Most people know us because we’ve been in the neighborhood for a while now. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. The traffic around Morwadi can get pretty loud during the evenings so we try to get most of our calls done early in the morning. It’s mostly just us keeping track of who is hiring where. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get some work so they can pay their bills. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with folders, but we know where everything is. If you're coming over, just look for Sai Namdev Park and come up to the fourth floor. We're usually here until late evening unless there's a power cut or something. It’s a simple setup for a simple task.
