Recruitment Site

Our office is located at Plot No.33 on N.I.B.M Road in Pune. We are inside the Cloud 9 building. It’s a decent area to work in, and we’ve been here for a while now. We run a Recruitment Site, which basically means we spend our whole day looking at people’s career histories and trying to find them a place to work. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of sorting through emails and taking calls from people who are stressed about finding a new role. We try to be helpful, but we can only do so much depending on what the companies are looking for. Our office isn't very big. We have some desks, a few phones, and a lot of printed out resumes. We don't have a big HR team or any corporate polish. It’s just a few of us trying to make the process work. Being on N.I.B.M Road is nice because there are good places to grab lunch nearby. Sometimes it’s busy with candidates coming in for interviews, and other times it’s just us doing data entry. We don't use any fancy marketing language about finding people's dreams. We just try to get them a job that pays the bills. It’s a very practical business. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go over the years, and we just keep doing our thing here in Pune.
