Recruitment Consultant

We operate as a recruitment consultant right here in Pune. There isn't a specific street address we use for everything, but we’ve been part of the Pune business scene for quite some time. It’s just us working with people and companies to figure things out. We don't have a big, flashy office with marble floors. It’s more of a practical setup where we can sit down and talk. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking through emails. Pune is a big city with lots of different areas, so we move around a bit. We don't like using those big, empty words that companies often use. We just try to be helpful and straightforward. If we can help someone find a spot, we do it. If not, we say so. It’s a very human process, even if it’s just business. We’ve learned a lot about how things work in this city over the years. Some days are slow and others are really busy, but that’s just how recruitment goes. We don't have any grand slogans. We just show up and do the work. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us. We like the independence of it. Being in Pune gives us plenty of opportunities to meet different people. That’s basically how we spend our weeks.
