Our office is located in Pune, tucked away in the Bibbewadi area. We are specifically at the Adwaitya building, which is part of the Krutharth housing society in Prem Nagar. It is a bit of a specific address to follow, especially finding Tiranga Lane, but once you are here, it is actually quite a nice, tucked-away spot. We are working out of a space that feels more like a residence than a typical office building. It is quiet for the most part, except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood. We have our desks set up in a few rooms, and there is usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. The walls are mostly bare, and we have got bookshelves filled with technical manuals and old files that we probably should have cleared out years ago. It is the kind of place where you can actually hear yourself think, which is a nice change from the busier parts of Pune. We do not have a front desk or a sign-in sheet for visitors. If someone comes by, we usually just pull up a spare chair and talk right there. It is a very informal setup, run by people who care more about the work than about having a shiny office. We enjoy being in Bibbewadi because it feels like a real community rather than just a business district.
