Real Surface Coatings

Real Surface Coatings is based out of B-8, Nachiket Apartment. We are part of the Pranjape Schemes in Karve Nagar. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being in a big industrial park. We use one of the apartment units as our main base for handling the coating business. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the samples and files, but we make it work. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at different sites, but this is where all the planning happens. Karve Nagar is a nice place to work, with plenty of small shops nearby for lunch. People often get confused looking for a business in an apartment building, but once they find B-8, they see how we’ve set things up. We don't have a big storefront with lights. It’s just a regular door with our name on it. We focus mostly on the technical side of surface coatings. It’s a lot of checking specifications and making sure the mixtures are right. We aren't much for fancy marketing. We just let the work speak for itself when people see the finished results on their projects. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to lugging around cans of product. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation in a local neighborhood.
