Real Estate Academy For Developers

We are located in the Rolling Hills area of Baner, specifically in Phase 2. The Real Estate Academy For Developers is based out of 301 C, care of Mrs. Nirmala Sathe. Pune has grown a lot, and Baner is now a very busy part of the city, but Rolling Hills stays relatively quiet. We aren't a massive institution with a huge campus; we work from a more personal space. This allows us to focus on the training and development side of real estate without all the corporate noise. The office has a very lived-in feel, with plenty of books and notes scattered around. We spend our time putting together materials and talking to people who want to learn more about the industry. It’s not about being the biggest; it's just about being useful. We don't use a lot of fancy teaching aids, just real-world experience and simple explanations. The weather in Pune is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when we can. Working from Mrs. Sathe’s place gives the whole academy a more welcoming, less formal atmosphere. It’s just a few of us here trying to share what we know about the building trade. We don't have a big marketing budget, so most of our visitors come through word of mouth or people who live nearby in the Maharastra area. It’s a slow and steady process, but we like helping people understand the business better from our small corner in Pune without any of the typical classroom pressure or stress.
