Our office is located in Pune. It’s a city that keeps us on our toes with all the activity going on around here. Reach Management Consultants has been part of the local scene for some time now. We don't have a massive building, just a workspace where we sit down and figure out what needs to be done for the day. Pune is a good place to be because there are so many different businesses around. Sometimes we walk down the street to grab tea and run into people we know. That’s the nice thing about being here, I think. The work we do involves a lot of talking and planning, so our office can get quite noisy with everyone chatting at once. We don’t put on any airs about what we do. It’s just management work, plain and simple. We use what we have and try to make things run as smoothly as possible. There are days when everything is a bit of a mess, with papers everywhere and multiple things happening at once. But we eventually get it all sorted out. We don’t have a flashy website or a big marketing team. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just knowing someone who works here. It’s a small operation in the grand scheme of things, but we stay busy enough. We just show up, do what’s required, and head home when the job is finally finished.
