You can find us at A-1 Narayan Niwas in Vanrai Colony. We’re tucked away in Dhankawadi, which is a nice part of town to work in. Rd Overseas isn't a massive corporation; we’re more of a small, family-style setup. Our office is part of a residential building, so it feels very homey. We mostly handle overseas trade, which involves a lot of coordinating with people in different parts of the world. It’s a lot of sitting at the computer and making sure all the customs documents are right. Sometimes it’s stressful when a container is held up, but we’ve learned to stay calm and figure it out. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which we like. It helps us focus on the details. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most people who come here already know who we are. We like to keep things on a first-name basis with our clients. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of us working together. We speak plainly and don’t try to use jargon that nobody understands. We’ve been in Dhankawadi for a good few years and have seen the area develop. It’s a good place to be. We just do our work, look after our customers, and go home at the end of the day. There is always plenty to do, so we just focus on the task in front of us.
