Rb Hr Solutions is located in Building D, specifically in flat 505 of the Basant Bahar complex. This is part of the Raagdari Complex over on DP Road in Aundh. Aundh is a pretty nice part of Pune, but DP Road can get really jammed with cars in the evening. Our office is more like a home setup since it’s in a residential building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial block. We are up on the fifth floor, so it is relatively quiet compared to the street level. We spend most of our time here matching people with different job roles. It is a lot of phone work and looking at screens all day. We have been in the 411007 area for a while now and we know the local shops pretty well. Sometimes we take a walk down DP Road during our break just to get some fresh air. The office is a bit small but we make it work with a few desks and some filing cabinets pushed against the walls. It is just a simple operation where we try to help folks out with their employment needs. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy coffee machines, just a kettle and some regular chairs for visitors. It is a practical way to run things and we like the convenience of being in Aundh. Most of the time it is just us working through a pile of emails and making calls.
