Rawsource Producer Company Limited is based out of a flat in Pune, specifically Flat No. A-502 at Ishwarya Residency in Wakad. Kaspate Wasti is the local area. Even though we are in a residential building, our hearts and work are tied to the farms. We act as a bridge between the growers and the people who need raw materials. Being in Pune gives us a good central spot to manage the logistics and talk to buyers. It’s a lot of phone work and tracking shipments on a laptop. We don't have a big warehouse attached to the office; that stuff happens elsewhere. It’s just a few of us trying to organize the chaos of the agricultural supply chain. Sometimes the internet goes down or a truck gets stuck in Pune traffic, and we have to scramble to fix things. We don't use fancy talk because we’re basically just regular people who know a lot about raw produce. We started this because we saw how much gets wasted if things aren't coordinated right. Our days are filled with checking prices and making sure the farmers get paid on time. It’s not a shiny corporate job. It’s mostly just sitting in the apartment, making calls, and looking at spreadsheets to make sure everything adds up. It’s a bit cramped in here with all the files, but we make it work. We just focus on getting the job done without any unnecessary fuss.
