Raut Agribusiness Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our office is over at Nisargraghvendra in Moshi, near the Modern College. It’s a flat, B-1008, where we handle the business side of things for Raut Agribusiness Farmer Producer Company Limited. It's not a big warehouse or anything like that. We are just farmers from the area who wanted to organize ourselves. Most of our time is spent out at Gat No.179 or nearby. Moshi has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings, but we are still focused on the agriculture side. It’s a bit of a mix here now. We deal with the usual stuff like seeds, tools, and trying to find buyers. It’s not always easy to balance the farming part with the business part. There’s a lot of sitting around and looking at numbers, which none of us really like, but it has to be done. We just want to make sure the work we do in the fields pays off. We aren't experts in everything, but we know our crops. It’s a local effort, run by people who live right here. We don't use big words or make big promises. We just try to get the job done and hope the weather stays on our side. Sometimes we get together to talk about new techniques, but mostly it's just about managing what we already know. It keeps us busy and gives us a way to deal with the changes happening in Moshi.
