We are located on Baner Road, specifically at S V Road 41343. It’s a bit of a trek for some of the guys to get here, but we’ve been in this spot for years. At Rathi Vessels N System, we deal with a lot of metal and heavy parts. The workshop floor is always noisy with the sound of welding or someone moving something heavy with a crane. It’s a dusty place, and your clothes usually smell like grease by the end of the day. We have a small office section partitioned off from the main floor where the paperwork happens. It’s not very quiet in there either, but you get used to the rhythm of the shop. We make all sorts of vessels and systems that people need for their own businesses. It’s hard work and it gets really hot in the summer months when the sun hits the metal roof. We usually have a big water cooler that everyone congregates around. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just show people what we’ve built and let them see the quality for themselves. It’s a hands-on kind of life. Most of us have calluses on our hands and we’re fine with that. It’s just how we earn a living here on Baner Road. We show up, we build stuff, and we go home.
