Rashtronnati Farmer Producer Company Limited

We started Rashtronnati Farmer Producer Company Limited because things were getting hard for individual farmers around Falegaon. Most of us work near Gajanan Kundlik Korde’s place. It’s a group effort. We spend most days out in the fields, dealing with the weather and the soil. It isn’t fancy work. We just try to get the crops right and find a way to get them to market without losing too much money. Sometimes the rain doesn't come when it should, and other times the prices are just bad. Being a producer company means we handle things together. It's better than trying to do everything alone. People here know each other well. We talk about seeds, fertilizers, and what the government is doing. We don't have a big office with air conditioning. Our base is at the Post Falegaon address. It's just a place to meet and sign papers. We grow what the land allows. Usually, it's the standard crops for this part of the region. There are plenty of challenges every season. We have to figure out transport and storage. It’s a lot of physical labor and worrying about the next harvest. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We are just farmers who realized that staying together gives us a slightly better chance. That’s really all there is to it. No big secrets or special tricks, just farming and trying to keep our families going. It's a tough life but it's ours.
