Ranudyog Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Kharpudi, which is part of the Jalna taluka. We operate out of Sow Vidhyabai Suresrao Kulkarni’s place. In our part of Maharashtra, farmers coming together is the only way to really get things done. We aren't a big company with a lobby or a receptionist. We’re just a group of people trying to manage our farming business better. The office is a simple room with some chairs and a table where we keep the registers. Kharpudi is a quiet place, but there’s always something happening with the crops. We spend our time talking to the members, figuring out who needs what for the next planting. We don't have a website or any of those modern things. Most of our business is done face-to-face or over the phone. It’s how we prefer it. We know everyone’s face and their family. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming because there are so many rules now for producer companies. We just do our best to stay on top of it. It’s a lot of back and forth to the city for various things, but our heart is here in the village. We’re just trying to make sure the farmers get a fair deal for their hard work and that we can keep our community going for a long time. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
