Rangam Consultants Inc is a local outfit here in Pune. We don't have a giant skyscraper with our name on it. Instead, we work out of a modest space that fits our needs. Pune has become such a hub for all kinds of consulting and tech, but we try to keep things on a more personal level. We’ve been around the city for quite some time, seeing it grow from a quiet town into the busy place it is today. Our team is small, and we prefer it that way because we can actually talk to each other without sending a dozen emails. We handle various consulting tasks, mostly just sitting at our desks and talking to people on the phone. The office is usually filled with papers and the sound of someone typing. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the job. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We know the city well and we like being part of the local scene. There isn't anything flashy about how we operate. We just show up every morning, drink our tea, and get through the list of things we need to do. It’s just a group of people in Pune trying to do good work without all the unnecessary bells and whistles. We stay busy enough and that is exactly how we like to keep our work life moving along.
