You can find us at Gat No. 392 and 394 in Pachane. It is near the Chandkhed post in Maval. Being out here means we are away from the city noise, but it is quite a trek to get here. We work with rubber and industrial parts. The facility is large because we need the space for the machines and the raw materials. It smells quite strongly of rubber most of the time, which is something you get used to after a while. We have been operating in Maval for several years. Most of our workers live in the nearby villages and they have been with us since the start. It is not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time on the factory floor making sure the presses are running right. The office is just a small room with some old files and a computer that gets a bit dusty. We don't have any fancy brochures. Our work is mostly for other industries that need specific rubber components. During the monsoon, the roads around here can get pretty muddy and slow things down. We just take it as it comes. It is a hard-working environment and we are proud of the stuff we produce out here in the quiet part of the district. We just keep the machines running and the orders moving. The days are long, but we get the job done without much complaining.
