Our factory is down in the M.I.D.C. area of Chinchwad, specifically at No. 21/4 in the D-1 Block. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s always loud with machines and trucks moving around. We work with polymers. It’s a lot of heat and molds and raw materials. The air inside can get quite warm during the day. We aren't a big fancy company with a glass office. Most of our space is taken up by the production line and bags of material. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years. They know the machines better than anyone. It’s hard work, and your hands get dirty. We don't have any polished slogans to share. We just make the parts and send them out to whoever ordered them. Sometimes a machine breaks down, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it. That’s just part of the job in Chinchwad. The industrial estate is a busy place, and we’re just one of many units here doing our thing. We stick to our schedule and try to get the orders out on time. It’s a basic operation. We don’t do much in the way of advertising because we’ve been here long enough that our customers know where we are and what we do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the production schedule. It's mostly about making sure the quality is steady so nobody has to complain about the parts later on.
