We are based out in Sautada, in the Patoda taluka of Beed district. Our office is at house number 918. It’s a local operation, mostly made up of people who have lived in this part of Beed their whole lives. Rameshwarsautada Agro Shetkari Producer Company is a long name for what we do, which is basically helping each other out with farming. We know these fields like the back of our hands. The soil is tough, and the water is always a worry, so we spend a lot of time discussing irrigation. We aren’t trying to be some huge corporate business. We just want to make sure the farmers in Sautada can get their crops to market without too much trouble. Our office at 918 isn’t anything fancy to look at, just a functional space where we keep our records and meet up. People come by on their tractors or bikes all through the day. There is no formal reception desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to our neighbors and the people we’ve known for years. It’s a group effort, and everyone puts in their share of the work.
