Ramada

Our place is a bit further out in Hadapsar, right at Survey No 69/1B. If you know where the Saj Test Plant is, we are basically right next to it. Being on the Link Road means we deal with a lot of heavy trucks and dust throughout the day. Jahangir Nagar is a growing area, but it still has that industrial feel to it. Ramada has been at this location for some time now. The building is solid and does the job, even if the exterior gets a bit dirty from all the road traffic. It is a long commute for some of us, but we like the space we have here. There is plenty of room to move around compared to the cramped spots in the city center. We usually keep a few fans going because the heat can really pick up in the afternoons. The sound of the machinery from the plants nearby is just part of the daily soundtrack for us. We have a small area out front where we park our scooters and sometimes sit for five minutes to get some air. It is a very functional kind of neighborhood. People are here to work and that is about it. You won't find much fancy stuff around 69/1B, but there is a small dhaba down the road that serves decent food. We just show up, do our work, and head home like everyone else at the end of the day.
