Our place, Rajiv Creations, is located in Shastri Nagar. It’s not a massive factory or a big corporate headquarters, just a simple local business. Shastri Nagar is a nice enough neighborhood, mostly quiet except for the usual street noise. We’ve been here for several years now, and we like the vibe of the area. We don't have any flashy signs or a big marketing budget. Usually, people just find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. The office is just a few rooms where we keep our supplies and do our work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We just focus on the day-to-day stuff that needs to be done. Sometimes the monsoon rains make it a bit hard to get around the lanes here, but we manage just fine. We have a small team, and we all know each other pretty well. There’s no big boss culture or anything like that. We just show up, have some tea, and get to work. We don't have a mission statement or any of those corporate goals you see on websites. We just want to keep things running smoothly and stay in business. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours. Rajiv Creations is just a part of the local fabric here in Shastri Nagar, and we’re happy with that. We don't need much more than a steady stream of work.
