Our shop is out on Sinhagad Road in the Raghavendra Industrial Estate. The actual address is Thigalarapalya Main Road S-143, which can be a bit tricky for delivery drivers to find the first time. We do automation work, so there is a lot of technical stuff happening. You’ll see control panels, sensors, and a lot of different cables scattered around the workbenches. It’s not a quiet office environment; there is usually someone testing a motor or drilling something. We are a small team and we’ve all known each other for years. We spend a lot of time hunched over diagrams or trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't talking to the hardware. Sometimes we get frustrated and have to walk outside to the tea stall just to clear our heads. The industrial estate has its own rhythm, with the sound of machines and the smell of grease. We don't really do much in terms of decoration; the walls are just plain and covered with calendars and old notes. We’re mostly just focused on making sure the systems we build actually do what they’re supposed to do when they get to the factory. It’s a lot of trial and error, honestly. We stay busy with projects and try to keep up with the new tech that comes out every few months, though it’s hard to find the time.
