One day we’re out in the dirt and the next we’re in D Building trying to figure out the computer systems. We aren't polished business professionals. We’re just people who realize that farming needs better organization today. The office is often a mess of files and coffee cups. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If you knock on the door, you’ll just find us working through the latest regulations or talking to buyers on the phone. We started this because we wanted a better way for farmers to get their goods to the market. It’s a lot of trial and error, honestly. Some days we feel like we’re getting somewhere, and other days the paperwork feels like too much. But we stay at it because the farmers are counting on us. We’re just a small team doing our part from this little spot in the building, trying to keep the farming life sustainable.
