We are Rajashree Variety & Gift Articles, and you can find us at 57 & 58 in Hadapsar. We ended up taking two units because one just wasn't enough to hold all the different things we sell. When you have a variety store, you end up with a lot of random stock, from household plastics to school supplies and small gifts. Hadapsar is a busy place, and there’s always people walking by our doors at all hours. We spend a lot of time rearranging things to make more room, though it always feels like we're running out of space again by the next week. The fans in the ceiling hum pretty loud, but they keep the air moving during the afternoon heat. We aren't really much for fancy talk or big advertisements. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the regulars to come in for their daily needs. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit mixed up, and we have to spend an afternoon sorting through bins of stuff, but that’s just part of the job. It’s a lot of standing around and talking to neighbors, which makes the day go by faster. We’ve been here long enough that the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we're usually too busy with the stock to get around to it. It’s just how things go when you have so much to organize daily.
