Rajanigandha Sarees

Rajanigandha Sarees is tucked away in the heart of Pune’s old markets. We are located around Shukrawar Peth and Budhwar Peth. If you are looking for us, we are near Parihar Chowk and Ganpati Chowk on Laxmi Road. It is a very busy area, especially during the festival seasons. Our shop is near the famous Godake Pedhe, which is a good landmark if you get lost in these narrow lanes. We are in the Shivdatta Mini Market area. We have been selling sarees for many years. We have all kinds of stuff, from simple cottons to things for special occasions. It’s a family-run kind of place. We don't have fancy air conditioning or bright neon signs. It’s just shelves full of fabric and a few benches for customers to sit on. The area is always crowded with people shopping for weddings or just looking for something new to wear. We spend our days unfolding sarees and showing them to people. It’s hard work on the feet, but we enjoy talking to the customers. We know what people in Pune like. We don't really do big ads or sales events. People know where we are and they come back because they like what they bought before. The traffic around Laxmi Road is always a mess, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We open up the shutters every morning and wait for the first customer to walk in.
