So, we are based out of Pune, specifically in the Bavdhan area. The address says Ganesh Boys Hostil in Patil Nagar, which sounds a bit different, but that’s where you’ll find our setup for Rail Wheel Factory. We deal with exactly what the name says. It's about wheels for the trains. It is heavy work and there is usually a lot of noise and grease involved. Working in Pune 21 means we are right in the thick of things. The guys here are used to the long hours and the heat that comes with metalwork. It’s not a clean office job where you sit in AC all day. We’re mostly on our feet, checking things and making sure everything is moving along the line. The neighborhood around Patil Nagar is mostly residential and student housing, so we try not to be too loud during the odd hours, but work is work. We’ve been at this for a bit. There’s a lot of history in how these wheels are made, and we just follow the steps that have worked for years. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just have a crew that knows how to handle the machinery. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our work gear, just trying to get the day’s quota finished so we can head home. It’s a tough job but it is what we know.
