Working here in Bhosari Industrial Estate is a bit of a loud experience every day. Our workshop at 116/2 is right in the middle of all the MIDC action. You can hear the sounds of metal being cut and welded from early morning. It’s not the cleanest place, but it is where we do the real work on these heat exchangers. We have guys who have been here for years, just moving tubes and checking plates. It gets pretty hot inside during the summers, especially with all the machinery running at once. We don't have a big corporate office or anything, just a small space for the paperwork and a lot of floor space for the units. People come in and out, and trucks are always trying to navigate the narrow roads around here to pick up or drop off materials. It’s a lot of grease and heavy lifting. We spend most of our time looking at drawings or making sure the seals are tight. It isn’t glamorous stuff. Usually, we are just trying to keep up with the orders that come through. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we just have to fix it and keep going. That’s just how it is in this part of Pune. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical setup for the kind of industrial stuff we handle daily.
