Radiant Construction

We operate out of an office on M G Road, right at the Jivraj Park Cross Road. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always the sound of horns and traffic while we are trying to look at blueprints. Being at the crossroad means we are easy to find, but it also means it’s quite dusty most of the time. We do a lot of small and medium construction projects around this part of town. Our office isn’t anything special, just a place to store our levels, measuring tapes, and some samples of bricks and tiles. We spend more time at the actual building sites than we do sitting behind a desk. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts, and we deal with all the headaches that come with it, like rain delays or workers not showing up on time. We don't have a big marketing department; we just let our buildings speak for themselves. If you walk around Jivraj Park, you’ve probably seen some of the houses we’ve worked on. We focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the walls are straight. It’s not glamorous work, and we usually end the day with some cement on our clothes. We like being on M G Road because it’s central to the areas where we do most of our building work. It’s just a straightforward construction business run by people who know how to build things properly and on budget.
