Radheshyam Stationery & Book Stall

You can find us up on the 4th floor of The Pentagon building on Satara Road. It’s in Hare Krishna Nagar, not too far from the main junction. Having a book stall and stationery shop this high up is a bit different, but it works for us. We spend most of our time organizing shelves and counting notebooks. We have all the basic stuff like pens, folders, and those school books that kids are always needing. It gets a little cramped sometimes with all the boxes of paper stacked up. We try to keep track of what people are asking for so we don't run out of the popular things. It’s mostly just us two here during the day. We spend a lot of time unpacking deliveries and putting prices on things. It’s quiet enough up here away from the street noise. People come in for their office supplies or just to see what new books we’ve got in. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a small place that sells paper and pens. Sometimes the elevator is slow, but once you’re here, we usually have what you need. It’s a simple business. We like books and we like stationery, so this is what we do. Just a regular shop on the 4th floor. We've been here at 415 Satara Road for a few years now and most of our regulars know to just head straight up to the top floor. It is a bit of a climb if the power goes out, but that doesn't happen too often.
