R S Placements

R S Placements is based in Vadgaon Budruk. It’s a part of the city that is growing really fast lately, but it still keeps that local neighborhood feel. Our office isn’t in one of those huge, shiny tech parks you see everywhere now. It’s just a normal building on a regular street where people know each other. We’ve been here long enough that we know the guy who runs the corner bakery and the shop that fixes the scooters down the road. Inside the office, things are pretty basic and functional. We have a couple of sturdy tables, some chairs that have seen better days, and a big map of the local area pinned to the wall. Most of our day is spent talking to people who are looking for work or companies that need an extra hand with things. It involves a lot of listening and taking notes in our journals. Sometimes the internet gets a bit slow, and we have to wait for the screens to load, which gives us a moment to grab some water or look out the window. It’s a very simple setup. We don't have a marketing department or any fancy software that does all the work for us. It’s just us answering the phones and trying to see where people might fit best. The street outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, so we usually keep the front door closed. People wander in occasionally just to ask for directions or to see what we do. We try to be helpful.
