R S Placement Services

The office for R S Placement Services is in Sajjan Plaza at the Smruddi Commercial Center. We are at number 5, Chinchwadagaon, right on the Old Madras Road. If you know the Janta Bank or the Hindustan Bakery, we are just across from the bakery. It is a good spot because people can grab a snack after they visit us. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who need jobs. It is a lot of matching people up with the right companies. We are not some big high-end headhunting firm. We are just a small placement service trying to help locals find steady work. The commercial center is usually humming with activity. We have a few desks and chairs for people to sit while they fill out their forms. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic from Old Madras Road, but we are used to it. We do not use any complicated software or fancy systems. We just keep our records and make calls. It is about knowing who is hiring and who is looking. We see people from all walks of life. Some are nervous, some are excited, and we just try to help them out as best as we can. We have been in Chinchwadagaon for a long time and we know the area well. It is a simple business but it feels good when someone calls back to say they got the job. That is what keeps us coming in.
