R S Kulkarni Hvac Consultant is based in Ratnadeep Colony, right across from the Ganesh Mandir in Pune 52. Our days are mostly about air conditioning and ventilation systems. It isn't always the cleanest work—we deal with dusty ducts, old machinery, and a lot of technical drawings. The office is often filled with blue prints and various tools that we need for our site visits. We spend a lot of time out in the field, looking at how air moves through a building and trying to fix problems that other people might not even notice until it gets too hot inside. Being near the temple, we hear the bells and the prayers throughout the day, which is actually quite nice and keeps things calm. It’s a grounded place to work. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished sales pitch for people. Usually, people find us because they have a problem with their cooling and they heard we know how to handle it. We just look at the equipment, figure out what's wrong or how to make it better, and give our honest opinion. It’s a very practical business. We’ve been in Pune for a long time and we understand the climate here, which helps a lot when you’re dealing with Hvac systems in this heat. It's just us doing what we know how to do best, day in and day out, without any unnecessary bells and whistles.
