Our base is in Kharadi, Pune, at a place called Ganga Constella. We are in building B4, unit 301. Kharadi has become a huge hub for all kinds of companies, but we are located in a spot that feels more like a home. It is a third-floor apartment that we use for our management and resource work. We don't have a big fancy sign or a reception desk. It’s just us and our computers. The atmosphere is pretty quiet, which helps us focus. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest company in Pune. We just want to do our jobs properly without any unnecessary corporate drama. The complex itself is well-kept, and there are some nice spots to walk around when we need a break from the screens. We usually make our own coffee in the small kitchen area we have set up. It is a simple life here. We don't use any marketing jargon or try to sound like something we aren't. We are just a small team of real people. The weather in Pune is mostly nice, so we keep the windows open a lot. It is much better than being stuck in a sealed glass box all day. We have been here for a while and we like the routine we have built. It is a straightforward way to work and we are happy with our little corner.
