Our office is located in Koregaon Park, which is a pretty famous part of Pune known for its greenery and all the trendy shops. We are in Flat No 7, in the F-wing of Rahul Terrace, right on the main road. It is a good spot because it is easy for people to find us and the surroundings are quite pleasant for a walk during lunch. We handle RPO services from here, which involves helping various businesses manage their recruitment and hiring cycles. Even though Koregaon Park can be a bit of a fancy neighborhood, our office is just a regular, hardworking space where we focus on the task at hand. We have our desks set up and we spend most of the day talking to clients and looking through job applications. There is always a lot of activity on the main road outside, but being in the Rahul Terrace building gives us a little bit of a buffer from the street noise. We often see people out for walks or heading to the nearby cafes when we step out for a break. It is a nice environment to work in. We have been here long enough that the security guards and the neighbors in the building all know who we are. We do not put on any airs about being in a trendy area; we just focus on getting our recruitment tasks done efficiently and helping people find work.
