We are based in the Camp area, specifically at House Number 77 in Sholapur Bazar. Camp is one of the oldest and most well-known parts of Pune, so there is a lot of history and a very specific character to the streets around us. It is a very busy place with people and vehicles constantly moving about at all hours. Our work involves recruitment process outsourcing, which basically means we help other companies handle their hiring needs and find the right staff. Our office is a simple, house-style setup rather than one of those new glass-and-steel buildings you see on the outskirts of town. It has a bit of an old-school feel to it, which we actually quite like. The streets in Sholapur Bazar are narrow and can get really crowded, especially on market days when everyone is out and about. We have been operating from this same location for quite some time now. Most of our staff knows the local tea sellers and the nearby shopkeepers by their names. It is a very grounded and traditional way to work. We do not have a big corporate HR department of our own; it is just a small, dedicated group of people who know how to find the right candidates for various jobs. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes with all the traffic and the buzz of the bazaar, but we are used to it. It is just part of the daily life in Camp.
