We are based out of Nasik, specifically in the Pride Estate over on Nasik Road. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite St. Xaviers Church, which is a pretty good landmark to keep in mind so you don’t get lost. The office is in the Asher Estate section. It’s a decent area, though it gets quite busy around the church during certain times of the week. We do recruitment process outsourcing, which sounds more complicated than it really is when you’re actually doing it. Mostly, we are just on the phone or emailing people all day long. It's a lot of matching people to jobs and making sure all the details are correct. We started here because we liked the location and it’s easy for the staff to get to. The office itself is just a regular workspace with some desks and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We don't really have a dress code or anything stiff like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project, but usually, we try to keep a normal schedule. It’s a practical way to run a business. We know the Nasik area well and we like being part of the local community here. There isn't any secret to what we do, just hard work and staying on top of the pile of resumes that never seems to get smaller. We just keep going.
