Pure Hrc

Shivaji Nagar is such a busy part of Pune 4, and that’s where you’ll find us at Pure Hrc. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with all the offices, shops, and the railway station nearby. We’ve been working out of this spot for some time, and it definitely has that old Pune feel to it. The building we are in isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we show up every morning to get things started. We handle a lot of different human resource tasks, mostly just trying to match people up with jobs that might suit them. It’s a lot of sorting through emails and taking notes on who is looking for what. Sometimes the noise from the street outside gets a bit loud, but you just get used to the sounds of rickshaws and people talking after a while. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that, so we just rely on people knowing where we are in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a central location, which makes it easy for folks to drop by, though parking can be a real nightmare if you aren't careful. We usually just grab lunch from one of the small stalls nearby and then get back to the paperwork. It’s a plain, straightforward way of working. No big corporate meetings or anything, just us trying to keep up with the pile of resumes that seems to grow every single week and making sure we answer the phone.
