Pure Hrc

Pure Hrc is located over at Swed Ganga Society, specifically Plot No 30 near Warje Naka. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a while now. The office is part of a residential society, so it doesn’t feel like a cold business park. It’s a bit more relaxed here. We have a small team that handles human resources stuff, mostly helping people find work or helping small shops find staff. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The office is basically a couple of rooms with some old desks and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive chairs. We’d rather just focus on the people we’re trying to help. Warje Naka is a pretty lively area, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking nearby, which can be a bit of a headache for anyone visiting. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a website with lots of moving parts. Most of our work comes from people just stopping by or calling us because a friend told them about us. It’s a very local way of doing things. We just try to be honest with people about what’s available and what’s not. It’s a simple, straightforward life here at the society, and we like the pace of it. We just show up and do what we can.
