Pure Hrc Services/Talent Fusion is based out of New Sangavi in Pune-27. We’ve been operating from this location for a good while now. It’s a fairly quiet part of town, which suits us just fine. The office isn't anything you’d call corporate. It’s just a regular space with some desks and a few computers. We don't have any big mission statements hanging on the walls. We just come in every morning and get through the list of things that need doing. New Sangavi is a nice area, and most of us like working here because it’s not as chaotic as the main city. We handle a lot of the Hrc and talent work through phone calls and emails. It’s a simple setup, but it allows us to stay focused. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. We just rely on doing the work properly. Sometimes the day is quiet, and other times it’s completely full, but we just take it as it comes. We’ve built a decent routine here over the years. The building is just a normal one, nothing that stands out. We like that we can just be ourselves and not have to put on a show for anyone. It’s an honest way to run a business. We just keep things moving along at our own pace and make sure everything is handled. We're just happy to be here.
